Do I need an account to order?
No way, you don't have to create an unnecessary account. For the E-courses you will receive the login details for the online environment at the start. You can order the other products without an account. Of course you will receive a confirmation email.

I did not receive an order confirmation, what should I do?
First check whether it might have ended up in your SPAM box. If you can't find it there either, we will be happy to look into it for you. Send an e-mail with a print screen of your payment tor hello@mon-day.nl

PAY

I have a discount code, how do I use it?
You can enter the discount code during checkout at step 2 in the DISCOUNT CODE box. You can use one discount code per order.

What payment methods can I use?
At MONDAY NL you can choose from the following payment methods:

• iDEAL
• Credit Card
• Paypal

How does it work with shipping and pickup?
We currently ship within the Netherlands. You can find the shipping costs for standard shipping on the website. Do you want the product abroad? Then send us a message at hello@mon-day.nl

What is the delivery time of my order?
All orders within the Netherlands are delivered by standard PostNL. The average delivery time is between 1 and 3 working days. We will of course do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Tuesday.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is ready for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation containing the Track & Trace code of PostNL. Once your order has gone with the postal carrier you can track it. If you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

How do I return or exchange my order?
Stap 1 – Retour/ruilen aanmelden 
Send an e-mail to hello@mon-day.nl. Please include in this your order number, the products being returned and the reason for return.

Stap 2 – Retour opsturen
Return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt in original packaging with packing slip to:

Step 3 - Credit note
If the product meets our conditions we will proceed to refund the purchase price. Once we have received your order, we will ensure that you receive a credit note within 14 business days and that the money will be refunded to the account used to pay for it.

What are the conditions? 

• The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt
• Item must be in original condition and/or packaging including tag
• Items must not have been used

What are the charges for returns?
Je bent als klant zelf verantwoordelijk voor de kosten van de retourzending. De kosten hiervan zijn afhankelijk van de verzendmethode die je kiest. Zonder bewijs van verzending met Track & Trace code worden zoekgeraakte retouren niet terugbetaald.
