10 things you can C-proof in the coming weeks

With a high probability that the lockdown will be extended for a while, I'm sharing 10 things you can do that are C-proof for the next 2 weeks.

Extra note: Have absolutely no desire for anything? Do you have the kids at home and find homeschooling challenging enough? Then DON'T put pressure on yourself to do extra things. Just do point 10.

1) Tidy up. Literally clean your house. Use this moment to clean and tidy everything up nicely.

2) Tackle your wardrobe. Create a mood board on Pinterest and dive into your wardrobe with this mood board. Go all out Sex & The City. Try different combinations and eliminate what no longer energizes you.

3) Together with @melscreativeagency, I am organizing a Vision Board Morning on January 23rd. During this morning, we will help you create a vision board for 2021, a visual representation of all your dreams, goals & wishes.

4) Yoga With Adriene has a 30-day challenge. You can still join on day 1 via her YouTube channel. It feels great to make your body extra strong & healthy again.

5) Read an inspiring book instead of watching a Netflix series. In one of my previous Instagram posts (the one with the books ;-)) I'm sharing my favorites for 2021. Too lazy to look it up? Then definitely read Untamed by Glennon Doyle

6) Make a plan for 2021. If you are an entrepreneur: Work out your revenue goals. Elaborate on your vision. Make a plan per quarter. A good time to do this is around Wednesday, January 13Then it's new moon And that is the most ideal time for all your new ideas.

7) Get out in nature! I think everyone intends to do this more often, but ultimately never does. So plan a moment this weekend to go for a nice walk together through a new forest or park.

8) Find a walking buddy. Someone you walk with regularly one evening a week. If you have time to walk during the day as well: Go by yourself and put on an inspiring podcast or the walking meditation from @houseofdeeprelax to

9) Through the Insight Timer app, you can often find mini-courses to do. You pay 62 euros for a year's subscription, but it's really very much worth it. You can then do unlimited different courses such as:

10) Start meditating. Really. If you aren't already, start now and lay your foundation for the rest of the year. I have a Blog written with my favorite meditations, dus je hebt geen excuus meer om niet te weten waar je moet beginnen 😉

I'd love to hear what activity you're going to do. Do you have any other tips for me? I'd be super happy to hear from you. That way, we can also inspire each other!
