But my Sunday evenings are sacred.⁣

That’s the moment I make a cup of tea, sit down for 20 minutes, and check in with myself before a new week begins.⁣

No perfect setup.⁣
No aesthetic routine.⁣
Just a quiet moment to breathe and reflect.⁣

Don’t let yourself be distracted by self-care influencers and their beautiful routines and products.⁣

Sometimes self-care is much simpler than that.⁣

Sometimes it’s just a cup of tea, a notebook, and a messy house around you.⁣
