Personal data processing
MONDAY NL processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Residence
- Other personal data that you actively provide for example by creating a profile on the MONDAY NL website, in correspondence and/or by telephoneisc
- Bank account number and address information only when purchasing a service or product from MONDAY NL.
Save data
For personal data, personalia, address, phone number, email address, bank account number and other personal data that you submit to MONDAY NL we use the legal retention period of the Tax Office, which is 7 years.
When you leave a comment on MONDAY NL, that comment and its metadata are stored forever. This way we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically instead of having to moderate them.
For users registered on our website (if applicable), we also store personal information in their user profile. All users can view, change or delete their personal information at any time (username cannot be changed). Website administrators can also view and modify this information.

To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request.
