YES!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Maar hoe gebruik je deze nou het beste?<\/em> In deze blog vertel ik je er alles over. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bekijk je liever een video? <\/strong>Op mijn <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/monday_nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Instagram account <\/a>vind je 2 IGTV video&#8217;s waarbij ik live met je de journal invul. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heb je nog geen journal? Onderaan de blog kun je de journal bestellen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Waar begin je met invullen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er zijn 2 manieren om in de journal te beginnen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) Je slaat alle beginpagina&#8217;s over en begint gewoon met het zetten van 1x wekelijkse intenties. Op die manier maak je het voor jezelf niet te groot. Je kunt later de beginpagina&#8217;s met je doelen etc altijd nog invullen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) Je begint bij het begin en gaat aan de slag met je doelen, je happy list en je leest alles rustig door.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-background\"><em>Tip: Zorg ervoor dat je wekelijkse pagina&#8217;s over 1 week gaan, zodat je bij het reflecteren je doelen etc. terug kunt lezen. Dus de allereerste keer dat je het invult, hoef je alleen de linkerpagina in te vullen.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Maar wat bedoel je eigenlijk met body, mind &amp; soul?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De basis van deze journal is gebaseerd op de connectie tussen body, mind &amp; soul. Als je alle 3 onderdelen genoeg aandacht geeft, voel je je meer in connectie met jezelf. Als je bijv. geen aandacht aan je lichaam geeft door te sporten of gezond te eten, voel je je vaak ook mentaal vermoeider.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je mind kan ook overheersend zijn, waardoor je eigenlijk in je weken alleen maar aan het regelen, organiseren &amp; nadenken bent. &#8220;<em>Een hoofd op pootje<\/em>s&#8221; noemde <a href=\"https:\/\/mon-day.nl\/de-vijf-beste-business-adviezen-ooit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Willemien <\/a>dat zo mooi. Door wekelijks stil te staan bij alle 3 onderdelen, maak je bewuste keuzes voor hoe jij jouw weken wilt ervaren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Wat bedoel je met het zetten van een intentie?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zelf gebruik ik altijd een kaartendeck voor deze vraag, bijvoorbeeld die van <a href=\"https:\/\/partner.bol.com\/click\/click?p=2&amp;t=url&amp;s=1137370&amp;f=TXL&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.bol.com%2Fnl%2Fp%2Finner-compass-cards-nederlands%2F9300000001207022%2F&amp;name=Inner%20Compass%20Cards%20-%20Nederlands\">Inner Compass Cards<\/a>. Maar als je geen kaartendeck hebt, kun je jezelf ook de vraag stellen:&nbsp;<em>Wat is mijn focus woord voor deze week?&nbsp;<br><\/em>Dat kan bijv zijn: rust, relax, creatief, focus, loslaten, aandacht etc.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.s-bol.com\/mOwmYkA25DgA\/550x550.jpg\" alt=\"Inner Compass Cards - Nederlands\"\/><figcaption>De Inner Compass cards zijn echt een aanrader! Op die boekenlegger vind je de standen van de maan. In de journal vind je meer informatie over bij welke stand je welke acties het beste kunt ondernemen. Laten we als voorbeeld nemen dat het die week op donderdag laatste kwartier is. Dat betekent dat je in die week het beste kunt opruimen, organiseren of helderheid kunt cre\u00ebren. De energie van de maan is namelijk nog een paar dagen rondom die maanstand voelbaar en te gebruiken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-background\"><em>Tip: Als je Google Calender gebruikt, kun je gratis via een extra agenda de standen van de maan inladen. Google even over hoe je dat kunt doen.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Hoe houd je het invullen van de journal vol?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De meest gestelde vraag en de grootste uitdaging. Uiteindelijk heeft het te maken met routine. Kies een vaste dag en liefst ook vast tijdstip om dit in te vullen. Dan wordt het net als tandenpoetsen en denk je er niet meer over na.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ik maak er bijvoorbeeld altijd een zondag <strong>selfcare<\/strong> moment van. Ik vul &#8217;s avonds mijn journal in, zet een kaarsje aan, ga nog even in bad en duik vroeg mijn bed in met een Yoga Nidra sessie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cre\u00eber een ritme wat voor jou werkt en houd vol. Leg de journal in het zicht, zet het in je agenda. Whatever works for you.
