Heel eerlijk, ik ben zo iemand die pas kaartjes koopt als de line-up bekend is. Ik hoef niet per se naar een festival voor de gezelligheid, maar wil ook echt iets leren van inspirerende sprekers! Samen met Kristel, mijn Master-study-buddy waren we zondag 13 mei naar Zaandam! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De eerste lezing waar we waren, was die van Susan Smit. Ik vind haar manier van schrijven altijd heel mooi en was dus ook heel benieuwd naar haar verhaal. Susan haar verhaal ging over hoe je kunt omgaan met een crisis. Zelf ervaar ik momenteel alles behalve een crisis in mijn leven, maar toch haal je overal wel interessante dingen uit! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8221; Je gedachten zijn soms fake news &#8220;<\/p><cite>Susan Smit<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/mon-day.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/19-1024x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1598\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Highlights Susan Smit <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Je denkt <strong>recht te hebben op een bepaalde toekomst<\/strong> in je hoofd, daardoor blijf je vergelijken. Als je bijv. een relatie beeindigt of ontslag krijgt, dan <strong>blijf je jezelf constant vergelijken <\/strong>met de &#8220;nieuwe persoon&#8221; of situatie die je collega&#8217;s nu bijv. WEL hebben en jij NIET.  Dit zijn natuurlijk niet hele helpende gedachtes, dus het is echt de uitdaging om constant terug te gaan naar het NU! <\/li><li>Je gedachten zijn soms fake news \u2013 al veel vaker gezegd, <strong>maar je moet niet alles geloven wat je denk<\/strong>t! Het is niet aan jou om al jouw gedachtes serieus te nemen, maar echt proberen steeds bewuster je gedachtes te kiezen. <\/li><li>Als je in een crisis zit, liggen alle brokstukken wel voor het oprapen. Hierdoor kun je er beter naar kijken dan wanneer je gelukkig bent! Crisis is dus een ultiem reflectie moment! <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vervolgens hebben we heerlijk geluncht bij meerdere van de vele foodtrucks en lekker even bijgekletst! Ook fijn dat daar ruimte voor is op een festival!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De volgende lezing was van Yasmin Boland, ik had nog nooit van haar gehoord maar Kristel was erg enthousiast. Yasmin haar lezing ging over het leven met de maan en d\u00e1t vind ik dan wel weer mega interessant!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>You are manifesting 24\/7. You as well might do it conscisiculy<\/p><cite>Yasmin Boland <\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/mon-day.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/18-1024x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1597\" width=\"400\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Yasmin gaf een soort crash course over het leven op de ritme van de maan en ging tijdens deze lezing dieper in op de volle maan. Zij gaf aan een <strong>volle maan ritueel te hebben en dat ga ik ook eens proberen<\/strong>! Ik deel graag de stappen met je, maar ben ook heel benieuwd of jij nog tips hebt over hoe jij leeft in het ritme van de maan!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Een volle maan ritueel heeft de volgende aspecten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Set the stage &#8211; gebruik kaarsen en mooie muziek waar jij blij &amp; rustig van wordt<\/li><li>Gebruik wierook of olieen om ook geur toe te voegen aan je ritueel (ik hou absoluut niet van Wierook maar je kunt ook de <a href=\"https:\/\/dropsofheaven.nl\/auraspray\/\">sprays van Drops Of Heaven<\/a> gebruiken!<\/li><li>Focus je op je adem &#8211; zet evt. een timer en focus je alleen maar op je adem<\/li><li>Schrijf een vergevenist lijst aan iedereen en alles die je wilt vergeven <\/li><li>Verbrand je vergevenis lijst (wel even boven de wasbak, volgens Yasmin het meest veilig ;-))<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ik ben absoluut geen maan-expert, maar ik wil je wel graag wijzen op deze toffe <a href=\"https:\/\/dropsofheaven.nl\/collection\/moondrops\/\">Moon set van Drops of Heaven<\/a>. Moon Drops helpen je af te stemmen op de maan. Voor elke fase is er een auraspray met een unieke blend van etherische oli\u00ebn. Er zit ook een krachtige edelsteen in het flesje die de energie versterkt!
